Update 1.17.18

Weight: 158 lbs

Intake:
Breakfast- 2 w bread with 1.5 tbsp pb, 1 serving pineapples
Lunch- 1 serving pineapples, 3 eggs
Snack- 1 serving pineapples, 1tbsp pb + 1 tsp jelly + 2 w bread
Dinner- (I'm fat I fucked up) 2 McDonalds McChicken sandwiches + medium fry & ranch

Had 100+ oz water and large diet coke.

Outtake:
2 rounds 17 minute hiit
18 minutes various bodyweight cardio
26 minutes dancing vigorously

I took my supplement too (b6)

Took a 1hr nap.

So bad day? Idk. I'm used to binging and purging so I guess today was a successful in a way.
