So I finished Day 1. Today is Day 2. I can't remember how many eggs I had but I know I had at least 4 boiled eggs and I had scrambled eggs but I put that in the microwave instead of cooking it on the stove. I started this diet at 168 lbs and today I weigh 165!!! I lost 3 fucking lbs in 1 day! So I'm super excited to continue this diet. I want to go as long as 5-6 weeks so I can be fully transformed when I move back home. Today I might make some fried eggs idk yet. I'm really liking boiled eggs. I have a lot of energy but my body feels kinda sore. Idk if that has anything to do with the diet but I'm going to take my vitamins and some pain killers. Drinking loads of water today too because yesterday I was dying of thirst. Had coffee w/ a few equals and some coconut oil today and yesterday morning. It helps with bms.
