Finished day 2. I lost 3 lbs from the first day, 2 lbs the second day. So I've lost 5 lbs so far. Still going strong! I had so much energy today so i did a 20 minute hiit workout. 30 seconds on, 20-10 secs off running in place 7x per set and 5 sets. Gonna do some arm exercises and some sit ups and reverse crunches later. Probably 60-80 sit ups, and about 60 reverse crunches. I have 6 weeks to lose as much weight as possible before I relocate and I just want to be my best possible self. Hoping to lose at least 30 lbs but anything is good tbh. I had like 4 scrambled eggs with butter and cheese and I had 1 boiled egg so far. Also had a big cup of black coffee and I'm focusing on drinking more water today. At least 8 20fl bottles of water because I felt super thirsty yesterday.
