I completely forgot to update yesterday! Oops sorry. But i weighed in yesterday at 160 lbs. I havent weighed yet today. I'm going to wait till at least 6am or 7. I had a bunch to eat yesterday. I mightve eaten too much actually on account of i barely worked out. I shouldve left the high calorie day for when i had a high calorie burn. I only danced up a sweat as exercise yesterday when i usually do some hiit. I had about 1300 calories, which included eggs (mostly boiled). I really want to weigh at 158 today but i feel like upping my intake probably stalled that progress. Ugh im so nervous! Stay tuned
